What’s The Plan, MMA

October 20th, 2011
by OneWorld MMA Staff

image

For the world, the Washington DC areas image is polarized by political battles on Capitol Hill and the challenges the White House administration faces everyday. Countless news agencies reporting to the world thru modern communications and digital networks, highlight just about anything worth fighting over. As our Nation’s Capital handles challenges, wins, and losses happening every day and at the top of every hour according to news outlets, the latest fights going on in DC aren’t happening on Cap Hill and are surely uncomparable.
Mixed Martial Arts has arrived, there is no question about it. It has been blanketing the world with enthusiasts and practitioners. As for here though, sanctioned and supervised by the DC Boxing & Wrestling Commission, OneWorld MMA envisions the new Saturday night DC;PRO FIGHTS event as the next regular local sporting entertainment. The goal is getting the DC areas eyes off the tv or laptop, and into the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
A city rich in boxing fans, the hub of our Nation’s military and political challenges, we are poised to make DC the next major stop for MMA competitors.  If you would like to find out how you can be apart of it all; sponsors, advertisers, competitors and enthusiasts may contact us anytime at contact@oneworldmma.com .
